- Removed all the Off-Topic subcategories because they weren't being used.
- Added a Television subcategory in the All Games category.
- Made the grey of All-Games subcategories darker (request from Saryah).

- Added "Guild Information" submenu links in the Scarlet Blade and Rappelz sections.
- Made "Started by" on the main page always display

- Added the "Character Info" section to the account settings (you can get there by clicking your name in the top menu). For the moment it just displays the relevant character name below each post in the game-specific sections of the forums.

- Added the new "Guild Members" pages, the links for which are visible in the top menu in game-specific sections of the forum
- Removed the Age of Conan section since it was unused

- Voting on any comment in a thread alters the total votes on the main page, instead of just showing the votes that the first post has received. It's not working perfectly but better than before
